Use these terms consistently when reading or writing BullSequana AI documentation.
Product domains

| Data | Data integration, engineering, catalog, data science, orchestration, streaming, and analytics capabilities. |
| Foundation | Shared platform services for identity, inference, networking, observability, storage, databases, and delivery tooling. |
These domains describe the current product. Historical names can still appear in release notes or technical identifiers, but they are not used as product areas.
Resource hierarchy
BullSequana AI provides multi-tenant isolation and team-scoped access as part of the product authorization model.

- A tenant represents a customer or organization. BullSequana AI isolates its resources and administration from other tenants.
- A team is a department or working group inside one tenant. Teams provide delegated access and budget scopes without weakening the tenant boundary.
- The product scopes access, budgets, applications, data, models, and workloads through this hierarchy.
Responsibility boundaries
- Deployers prepare infrastructure and install the platform.
- Platform engineers keep the installation healthy and recoverable.
- Provider administrators manage installation-wide settings and tenant lifecycle.
- Tenant administrators manage identity, teams, membership, and delegated budgets inside one tenant.
- Developers and data practitioners build applications, models, and pipelines without operating the underlying platform.
- End users consume governed AI and data experiences.
- Security and compliance owners approve data and use-case access and collect evidence.
